Our affordable wellness sessions can be offered 1:1 or in groups. We aim to create an inclusive and peaceful space for healing. Mindfulness is key for inner healing. It works great for grounding you, creating an opportunity to explore your inner child, and helps to heal the body. We hold a lot of stress and tension in our bodies. These sessions will help you to have a holistic release.
